2MW Plateau Air-to-Air Cooled Doubly-Fed Wind Turbine
The motor is a 2MW plateau air-to-air cooled doubly-fed wind turbine, supporting 2MW variable-speed doubly-fed wind turbine, suitable for wind farms in the region of 2000m to 3000m above sea level. The motor is installed in the nacelle, the rotor shaft at the drive end is linked to the gearbox through a coupling to receive mechanical power, the stator is connected to the grid, and the rotor is connected to the grid through a four-quadrant converter. It can operate within a speed range of +/-38% of the synchronous speed to achieve the conversion of mechanical energy into electrical energy.
As a key component of wind turbine, it mainly includes air-to-air cooler, welded chassis, core winding assembly, insulated end cover, three-phase wire-wound rotor, slip ring brush holder assembly and slip ring chamber, stator and rotor junction box, sensor and auxiliary junction box device, encoder and so on.
