They are particularly effective in mine shafts and industrial settings where gas, coal dust, or other flammable substances are present. Perfectly suited for a wide array of demanding applications including mine tunneling, shaft construction, and tunnel ventilation, these fans serve coal mines, metal mines, and chemical mines with unparalleled excellence. The FBCD fans are expertly engineered to maintain peak performance, operating seamlessly in conditions where medium temperatures remain below 40°C and humidity levels are kept at a maximum of 95% ± 3% (at 25°C). This ensures a robust, reliable, and corrosion-resistant operation, making them the definitive solution for challenging ventilation needs.

SDF Tunnel Blower Series

SDF (A) type fans have the characteristics of fast outlet air speed, large air volume, energy saving and easy maintenance. They are suitable for operation of small sections such as subways, diversion works and petroleum pipeline projects.

SDS Jet Fan

The SDS jet fan is developed, designed and manufactured by the company and passed the national 3C certification. This series of fans is suitable for the longitudinal ventilation system of highway and railway traffic tunnels, and also has an axial flow fan with the function of fire and smoke exhaust. According to the design of the tunnel ventilation system, the tunnel can be arranged longitudinally in series along the top of the tunnel or be arranged in parallel in the cross section of the inlet of the tunnel. Several jet fans can be installed and used for ventilation in the tunnel; when the fire occurs, it can be used in fire protection smoke. Therefore, the jet fan is a necessary equipment for tunnel operation.

FBCDZ Extractor Fan Blower

This series of fans are (counter-rotating) explosion-proof main fans. The blades of fans use three-dimensional twisted blades with adjustable incidence angles respectively. The air volume is large, air pressure is high and air volume and air pressure are adjustable. applicable to the ventilation of large and medium coal mines.
This series of fans adopt three kinds of hub ratios, including A,B,C,D,E, and motors adopt five kinds of rotating speeds, including 4 poles (1480 r/min), 6 poles (980 r/ min), 8 poles (740 r/min), 10 poles (580 r/min) and 12 poles (490 r/min)
