2MW Air-to-Air Cooled Double-Fed Wind Turbine

  The motor is a 2MW air-to-air cooled doubly-fed wind turbine, supporting 2MW variable-speed doubly-fed wind turbine, suitable for wind farms at an altitude of up to 2000m. The motor is installed in the nacelle, with the rotor shaft at the drive end linked to the gearbox through a coupling to receive mechanical power, the stator connected to the grid, and the rotor connected to the grid through a four-quadrant converter. It can operate within a speed range of +/-36.7% of the synchronous speed to achieve the conversion of mechanical energy into electrical energy.
        As a key component of the wind turbine, it mainly includes air-to-air cooler, welded chassis, core winding assembly, insulated end cover, three-phase wire-wound rotor, slip ring brush holder assembly and slip ring chamber, stator and rotor junction box, sensor and auxiliary junction box device, lightning protection device, encoder and so on.
