2.5MW Plateau Air-to-Air Cooled Doubly-Fed Wind Turbine
The motor is a 2.5MW plateau air-air-cooled doubly-fed wind turbine, supporting the 2.5MW variable-speed doubly-fed wind turbine, used in wind farms in the plateau area at an altitude of 3,000m and below.
The motor is installed in the nacelle and is suitable for variable-speed and constant-frequency wind turbines. The wind turbine drives the rotor of the generator through the main shaft and the gearbox after speed change, and the stator of the generator sends out 690V, 50Hz three-phase alternating current through the transformer, which is directly connected to the power grid and generates electricity on the grid; in the range of +/-38% of synchronous rotational speed, the rotor is connected to the power grid through the frequency inverter to carry out the bidirectional flow of energy and realise the variable-speed and constant-frequency power generation. As a key component of the wind turbine, it mainly includes, welded chassis, core winding assembly, insulated end cover, three-phase wire-wound rotor, slip ring brush holder assembly and slip ring chamber, stator and rotor junction box, sensor and auxiliary junction box device, lightning protection device, encoder and so on.
